EVENTS INFORMATION:
Our venue offers the perfect setting for your gatherings, whether it's an intimate affair, wedding, birthday bash, baby shower, gender reveal, kids' party, or corporate event. With the soothing sounds of the ocean as your backdrop, you can relax and enjoy your special day.
As a venue, we offer the space and ambiance for your event, but additional services such as decor, extra tables, and chairs will need to be arranged separately.

Buffet Option 4 (Smaller Events)
PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
BUTLERED BUFFET & PRE-ORDERED MEALS
The number of guests that you book for, is the exact number of guests that we cater for. If your guests do not arrive, you are still liable for payment of their meals, as 305 has spent money preparing these meals. If you have chosen the butlered buffet option, then you are welcome to request take-aways for the missing guests that you have paid for. NO refunds will be given for missing guests. The onus lies with the guests to ensure that they have requested for these meals as take-aways.
